Mobile Shoe SErvice


The mobile shoe service is a “store on wheels”. We carry approximately 1800 pairs of shoes on board. We bring the boots to your company, fit the employees and do the paperwork right on-site. This is an excellent opportunity to minimize down-time and increase the level of safety for all of your employees. All in one shot.

    Based in Newport News, Virginia, Tidewater Safety Shoes has been in business for over 40 years offering protective work footwear. We sell safety shoes from well-known and trusted brands in a variety of styles and protective levels. Besides selling hundreds of different safety shoes, we sell clothing and outerwear in our retail store.


    If you live in the nearby area, we also offer Mobile Shoe Service, where we bring our safety shoes to YOU. You and your employees can try on our safety shoes and pick out the appropriate pair for your workplace.

  • What is your return policy?

    Warranty Info

    All products are fully warranted against manufacturer defects for 120 days from the date of purchase. Tidewatersafetyshoes.com will replace or refund the product at the full purchase price for 120 days from the date of purchase.


    Product Returns

    All product returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number please call us at 757-244-0121 or 1-800-543-1299. Or you can use our contact form.


    If the product is not defective it must be in “new” condition and returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for products that are worn, washed, or soiled. Please try on and wear your product in a clean environment to ensure comfort.


    Closeout/clearance items my not be returned. All closeout/clearance item sales are final.


    Returns will not be accepted if the product has been subjected to excessive/unusual wear (cuts, burns, chemical or acid burns, etc.) mistreatment or poor fitting if worn and soiled. Please note, if your return is denied due to the above rules, your product will be returned to you.
